1 42 oz container Old Fashioned Oats1 14oz bag coconut1 6oz bag chopped pecans1 6 oz bag sliced almonds1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ground clovesMix all these ingredients in a very large bowlThen whisk together 3/4 cup canola oil & 3/4 cup honey with 1 tbsp. vanilla.Pour this over dry ingredients while mixing. Mix together well. Then pour into large roaster and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Very important or it will burn.After the mixture cools add 1 6 oz package dried cranberries & 1 8 oz package dried mixed berries.Freezes well.
