Heat 2-4 inches of oil in frying pan/dutch oven.Blend all flours together and put 1 1/2 cup and all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk or use hand beater to mix on low. Add rest of flours mixing well.Place dough on floured surface (dough will be sticky coming out of mixing dish). Roll dough around flour on surface to lightly coat. Roll out to 3/8inch thick. Use flour on rolling pin and cutter to make process smoother. Cut with floured doughnut cutter or glass and seasoning top if you don't have a doughnut cutter.With wide spatula (I used a flat round pasta strainer) slide doughnuts into hot oil. Turn when they rise to the surface. Cook for 2-3 min or until golden on both sides.
