1 c. defatted Soy Flour, 1 cup
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Buckwheat
1/2 c. Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1/4 c. Quinoa
1/2 c. TVP
1 c. Kashi GoLean Original Cereal

Here is how you make Homemade Low Fat Protein Granola Bars:

Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately while quinoa cooks according to directions on the stove. When quinoa is done, mix all ingredients together and press into non-stick sprayed glass 9 x 13 pan.For chewy bars cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. For crispy bars cook at 300 degrees for 40-50 minutes. When done, allow to cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars.Bars should be refrigerated or frozen and can be wrapped individually for an easy grab and go treat.The recipe I modified called for 3/4 c. Splenda Brown Sugar blend, but I don't like things too sweet.
