Jana's Homemade Granola Energy Bars

A great way to start a workout. I always eat one of these 15 minutes before I go for a long walk or jog....they are delicious and packed full of nutrients and almost 12 gr of protein per bar. I seal 1/2 of these in a freezer ziplock bag and freeze them until needed and the other batch I also seal in a airtight container and keep in the fridge. They will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks and for 2 months in the freezer.
