Add 1/2 tsp salt to onions while they are cooking. Towards the end add about 1/2 tsp sugar to help carmelize. Drain on paper towel and set aside to cool.To your beaten eggs add the pepper, honey, olive oil, water, and onions. Stir well. In a large bowl put 1 1/2 cups flour and mix in the egg mixture. Stir and add flour as needed. When you have a lump, knead the dough about 10-15 min. then let rest in the bowl covered with a towel for about 15 min.Pull off golf ball sized pieces and roll out to about 4 inch rounds. Cooks great on pizza stone. Poke each side with a fork all over.
