50g Soy Flour (aka soy milk powder)
2/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/3 cup yogurt, plain low fat or skim
25g unsweetened coconut (not really needed but I like the flavour)
1cup water
1/3 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter try hazelnut)
5 cups of a favourite cereal like corn flakes (I used my homemade cereal which has freeze dryed strawberries, dry cranberries, bran flakes, corn flakes, rolled oats, almonds, and hemp seed, just to give you an idea of other things you can add to the mix to change the flavour)
