Spray a cookie sheet lightly with olive oil spray, place the dough on the pan, and mark squares out with a knife. Prick each cracker with a fork several times, and sprinkle with salt (optional). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven or until crisp. Baking time will vary depending on how thin your crackers are. Allow to cool, then separate crackers.Tips: Mark out squares pretty firmly, but do not separate the crackers. Also, prick firmly (all the way through) as well.
