Here is how you make Homemade Plain Soy Yogurt:

To not have to boil the milk be sure to add the powdered milk as mentioned below.To the 42 oz milk, stir in 6 oz plain yogurt until the yogurt is dissolved & you have a smooth mixture. the mixture should be at room temperature.Add 10 Tablespoons of powdered milk to the room temperature milk before pouring it into the glass jars. This will give a firmer end product. Put the jars in the container WITHOUT THEIR LIDS in which they will incubate.With whole milk the yogurt will be ready in 7 hours.
