Pour milk in crockpot on low. let warm for 2 1/2 hoursTurn OFF crockpot. Let sit for 3 hours.Take 1-2 C of warm milk and mix in yogurt. Stir back into the rest of the milk. Wrap a heavy towel around crockpot and let rest for 8-12 hours. Add in sugar and vanilla.Refridgerate.Will be good for up to a week.
