Heat over medium until melted and smooth, stirring often.Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except peanut butter in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray or grease lightly.When honey and sugar are smooth, stir in peanut butter until melted. Pour over cereal mix and stir well.
