This is an awesome hummus made with real down-home ingredients: blackeyed peas, peanut butter, apple cider vineger, jalapeno tabasco sauce, garlic! I like the Bacon Salt, it adds a special flavor while still keeping the recipe vegan for me! The nutritional info says 600 calories per serving...I think it's calculating a serving a great deal more than the average 2 tablespoons of hummus servings. I'm mathematically challenged anyway...if you see an adjustment I need to make, please let me know!
