1 tsp Garlic Powder
Olive OIl Spray

8 slices Fresh Mozzarella
1 Medium Tomato
2 tbsp Fresh Basil
Pinch of Salt

Vinegrette:
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper


How Do I Make Italian Bruchetta?

Here is how you make Italian Bruchetta:

Preheat the Broiler. Cut the Bread into eight slices about 1/2 inch thick. Cut each slice into 4 1/4 inch slices. Spray with Olive oil Spray. Finely chop rosemary. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder and Rosemary. Toast under the broiler until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.Thinly slice Tomatoes into small pieces to fit on bread. Slice Mozzarella in same fashion. Chop basil into small pieces. Combine ingredients for vinegrette and whisk until oil and vinegar are emulsified. Top bread with tomato, mozzarella and basil.
