Strip & break down kale to bigger than bite size pieces (will shrink when dehydrating)Blend the rest of the ingredients (except sunflower seeds and salt) until well incorporated.Massage mix (it should be thick) into kale. VERY IMPORTANT Let the kale wilt down a bit.Sprinkle sunflower seeds & sea salt on top of kale mix.Arrange on dehydrator and dehydrate until desired doneness ( I let it dehydrate for 2 days)I turned the kale mix every 6 hours.ENJOYNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DDT1970.
