Pulverize almonds in food processor until crumbly. Add dates, and other ingredients. Process until combined.Scoop out mixture with a spoon and with slightly wet hands, shape into 1" balls. I wear gloves and just use my hands.Place on baking sheet and refrigerate at least one hour before eating. They keep well in a bag in the freezer.
