Melt butter. Add water, honey, and brown sugar stir and cook til combined. Remove from heat. Mix in vanilla and half of cinnamon. Mix in oats. Spread onto a a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven 15-25 (depending on crispness/chewiness desired, watch to make sure it doesn't burn). Let cool. After about ten minutes you can break it into chunks. After breaking into chunks let it sprinkle the dried fruit throughout. In small sauce pan combine maple syrup and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and drizzle over mixture. Toss to coat and sprinkle salt over.
