Here is how you make Mustard-Glazed Snack Mix:

Preheat oven to 325. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Toss together cereal, pretzels, nuts in a large bowl and set asidePlace mustard, honey, butter, Worcestershire,and red pepper in a medium microwaveable bowl. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 45-60 seconds or until butter is melted, stir together. Drizzle about 1 third over cereal and toss until evenly coated, repeat until mixture is all used. Spread on jelly roll pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through until evenly toasted.
