1/4 C. flour
8 Tbs. Smart Balance Butter Blend (cube)
3/4 C. honey
1/4 C. Agave nectar

Here is how you make Cheerios Trail Mix Bars:

Combine cereal, fruit and nuts in a large bowl. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add brown sugar, flour, honey and agave, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and continue stirring for one minute. Pour brown sugar mixture over cereal and stir well to coat. Turn out into large cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press flat with a spatula sprayed with cooking spray.
