1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven 4001.Combine all dry ingredients together in a bowl. (leave out ground cinnamon and splenda until step 6.)2.In a seperate bowl combine all wet ingredients and blueberries.3.Add wet ingredients to dry mix until moist. (can substitue egg for 2 egg whites)4.Spoon muffin mix into pan. ( I use cupcake liners) 5. Add 1 apple piece in the middle of the muffin6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and splend on top7.
