1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin cups with olive oil cooking spray or use paper muffin liners. 2. Mix together wheat bran and milk, and let stand for 10 minutes3. Sift together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.4. In a large bowl, mix Splenda, brown sugar, apple sauce, egg white, and vanilla.5.
