Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1/4 cup (This is one of those single serving size - use juice.)
Apples, 2 1/2 cup diced fine (I don't peal them.)
Fat Free Milk 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp (I use Salt Sense.)

Here is how you make Chunky Apple Muffins:

1.Preheat oven to 325? F.2.Lightly spray oil 18 muffin tins.3.In a large mixing bowl, combine apples with sugar, raisins, and walnuts; mix well. Let sit.4. Sift together flour, soda, and cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, salt.5. To apple mixture, stir in apple sauce, vanilla, and egg, pineapple with juice. 6. Gently add flour mixture about 1/3 at a time, alternating with milk, just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Careful not to over mix.7. Measure 1/3 cup per muffin.
