Here is how you make Oat Flax Apple Muffins:

Process 1.5 cups of whole oats in a food processor until fine flour forms. Mix oat flour, rolled oats, flax meal, bisquick mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.In a seperate bowl, beat eggs with molasses and honey. Add a little cider vinegar to the almond milk and whisk into egg mixture. Pour wet ingrediants over dry and stir lightly to combine. Fold in chopped apples.Fill 12 muffin cups and bake at 350 for approx. 20 minutes.
