Here is how you make Kashi Go Lean Muffins - Plus:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners. Measure Kashi GoLean into a large mixing bowl. Add almond milk, applesauce, Egg Beaters, Molasses, and mashed banana. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes to soften the cereal. Measure dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl: Whole wheat flour, baking powder, Stevia (or Splenda), psyllium fiber powder, salt, and Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate. Mix dry ingredients with wire whisk to blend. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the large bowl with the Kashi mixture. Mix until all dry ingredients are well moistened.
