3/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cup blueberries (I use Wild Maine Blueberries)

Here is how you make Blueberry Spice Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine butter, milk, and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened and then fold in the blueberries. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Combine topping ingredients and then sprinkle over each muffin (I used 1/4 tsp per muffin). Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes or until browned and springy or a toothpick comes out clean.
