2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce

2 c. frozen or fresh blueberries

Here is how you make Yogurt-Blueberry Bran Muffins:

In a medium sized bowl mix together the bran, yogurt and baking soda. Set aside. In a big bowl mix together the brown sugar, eggs, oil, applesauce and vanilla. Stir the yogurt/bran mixture into the oil/sugar mixture. Sift on top the flour and baking powder. Stir to moisten. Add the blueberries, and stir to distribute.
