Here is how you make Bran/Soy Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 1 cup bran with 1 cup boiling water; stir and let water absorb. In a seperate bowl combine splenda and butter. In a seperate bowl combine flour and baking soda. COmbine everything with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Drop mix into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
