Here is how you make Garden Crunch Bran Muffins:

Soak All-Bran in milk, add other wet ingredientsto the All-Bran mixture. Add Molasses, egg whites to the milk /All-Bran bowl. Chop one medium apple into small pieces. Chop carrots & celery into small pieces. (You could use a food processor for this part if you like.) Add chopped apple and carrots and celery to the All-Bran mixture. Add cinnamon, flour and baking soda and baking powder. Stir together. Spray muffin tins with Pam or use paper liners. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes.Servings 14 muffins.
