Here is how you make Raisen Bran Flax Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with paper liners.Crush 2 cups of raisen bran with fingers or rolling pin. Mix crushed raisen bran with self-rising flour, baking powder, flax meal, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mash banana thoroughly and add egg and almond milk and beat until well combined. Pour wet ingrediants over dry and mix very lightly, just until combined.
