Here is how you make Sunshine Bran Muffins:

Blend in large bowl, flour, bran, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, carrots and pineapple. In 2nd bowl, beat sour milk, oil egg and vanilla (sour milk = 1cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar let sit 10 mins). Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix until just moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
