Here is how you make Flax and Cheese Muffins:

Cream cottage cheese with blender or hand mixer until smooth. Use Spoon to mix remaining ingredients into cottage cheese until well blended.Preheat oven to 350 degree F and spray a non-stick muffin tin with cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin and bake for 40 minutes. (Don't use paper liners the muffin will stick to it.) You may want to rotate the pan after about 15 minutes to help even the baking. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
