Combine flour, brown sugar, crushed Corn Bran, b. powder, b. soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Mix well. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy. Mix in grated carrot, pineapple and oil. Pour into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Fill sprayed or lined muffin cups. Bake in 375 oven for 18-22 minutes.
