Here is how you make Cranberry Spice Muffins:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, applesauce, oil & vanilla. Slowly add flower mixture to the large bowl until just blended. Mix in the cranberries and the pecans.3. Spoon the batter into 18 non-stick muffin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove muffins from the oven and let cool slightly. Remove muffins from the pan and let cool completely.
