How Do I Make Sultana Muffins?

Here is how you make Sultana Muffins:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Spray muffin tin (12 large hollows) with nonstick spray (or margarine). Sift the cake flour baking powder, cocoa and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and sultanas and mix. Mix the milk, eggs, butter and sour cream together and add the mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing lightly. Turn the batter into the muffin tins, filling each hollow until level. Bake for 20 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean when inserted int the centre of the muffins.
