Here is how you make Low Fat All-Bran Muffins:

Soak 1 cup of All-Bran Buds in 1 Cup of boiling water. Let sit 5 minutes.In a large bowl combine remaining cereal, sugar, Splenda, Flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Cinnamon. Mix well.In a 2 cup measuring cup, place 2 Tablespoons of vinegar and top up to the 2 cup measure with Skim Milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.To the mushy, water-soaked cereal add well-beaten eggs and milk mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients.Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir well to moisten all ingredients.Fill 12 muffin tins 3/4 full and bake approximately 13-18 minutes, checking for doneness.
