2/3 cup soy milk (or any other non-dairy milk) unsweetened and not flavored
1/3 cup spiced apple cider
1 cup grated apple ( I left most of the peel on)
1/4 cup peeled chopped pear
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
