Mix dry ingredients (minus 1/3 c flour and 1/2 c sugar and 1 t. cinnamon). Mix oil, egg and milk and add to dry ingredients. fold in blueberries. Scoop into paper muffin cups in muffin pan.Mix topping (1/3 c. sugar, 1/4 c flour and cinnamon, then crumble cut butter into the dry; blend with very clean fingers until crumbly) and dribble over the top. Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 min.Serving Size:?makes 12 small muffinsNote:I often skip the topping or reduce the amount of topping. I find it's often too rich and buttery. But sometimes it hits the spot! Occasionally, I add a 1/2 t. vanilla to the batter. It is a nice addition.
