Here is how you make Cinnamon Honey Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin pans (standard size) with vegetable spray.In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.In a large mixing bowl beat honey, oil and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in milk and beaten egg. Stir in flour mixture untill batter is formed. Do not over mix.Fill muffin pots 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Remove and spread tops of muffins with a mixture of 1 tbs. Butter and 3tbps honey.
