1. Line 24 muffin cups with paper bake cups; set aside.2. In a large bowl combine both flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir in brown sugar. S tir in apples, carrots, and raisins. In a medium bowl combine undrained pineapple, oil, apple sauce, eggs, and vanilla. Add pineapple mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.3. Spoon batter into prepaired muffins cups. Bake in a 375 oven about 18 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in muffins cups on wire rack for 5 minutes.
