This is an easy flourless muffin recipe I adapted off of a paleo food site. You can use whatever nuts you'd like and whatever fruit you'd like. In this case, I used 1 cup of walnuts and 1/4 cup of almonds and mixed in some blueberries.

Here is how you make Paleo Nut Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350. Place nuts in food processor and grind into a flour. Add zucchini to food processor. Add eggs and coconut oil and blend until it becomes a batter.
