Here is how you make Blueberry Oatmeal Pumpkinseed Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400?F and lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.Mix all the dry ingredients together, including the pumpkin seeds. Hold the blueberries back to add near the end.Mix the egg, apple sauce, vanilla and yogurt together separately. Blend thoroughly and pour over the dry ingredients.Using a spatula and a folding motion, mix the dry and wet ingredients together just until barely moistened. Then fold in the blueberries.The batter will be very thick and light from the baking soda. Quickly transfer into the muffin tins and bake for about 14 minutes.
