Here is how you make Gluten Free Cran-Orange Muffins:

Makes 30 standard size muffins Pre heat oven to 375FIn a large bowl combine oat bran, flax, flours, baking powder and salt. Mix well, set aside. In blender or food processor, combine oranges, brown sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and baking soda. Blend well, pour into the dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Add Craisins, stir to blend well. Fill paper lined muffin tins almost to the top. Bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in the pan before removing to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
