Here is how you make Pineapple Bran Muffins:

Combine pineapple undrained, bran cereal and milk. Let sit for 2-3 minutes for cereal to soften. Stir in applesauce, egg, and molasses. In a separate bowl, combine flour, flax, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir to mix. Add to pineapple mixture. Stir just to combine.spoon into greased or lined muffin tins about 2/3 full.
