Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil and eggs. Pour wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and fold together until just moist - do not over stir. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups about 2/3rds full to reach 24 muffins.Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes and then remove from pan to finish cooling. These are great frozen for up to three months.
