In a small bowl mix dry ingredients and blend into large bowl mixture.Once combined add quinoa and craisins and stir until blended, Drop even amounts into 12 muffin cups (I used an ice cream scooper to keep amounts even).Put in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
