Preheat oven to 325.Blend sugar and butter. Add shredded fruits and veggies, canned pumpkin, and dried cherries, mix well.Blend flour, seasoning and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients with wet. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray or use aluminum liners (the paper ones stick to the muffins). And fill the muffin tins to the brim, the batter doesn't rise much.Bake 20-25 minutes at 325.
