Heat oven to gas 5-6, (375-400 F / 190-200 C)In a bowl sift all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, sugar)In a separate bowl (or large jug) beat egg with fork. Add milk, mincemeat and oil. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until combined.Add sultanas and finish mixing.
