1/4 cup Egg Beater, Liquid Egg Substitute

How Do I Make Graham Walnut Muffins?

Here is how you make Graham Walnut Muffins:

Crush graham crackers into fine powder. Blend together with dry ingredients and set aside. In large bowl, mash ripe bananas and mix with remaining wet ingredients. Mix in graham cracker mixture. Mix in most of the walnuts, set some aside for topping. Stir until just moistened. Spoon batter equally into 12 paper-lined muffin tin. Top wiith remaining walnuts.Preheat oven to 400. Bake15 to 18 min until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove from pan and cool a few more minutes.Serving Size:?1 muffin
