6 oz light cream cheese, softened

Here is how you make Crab and Mushroom Appetizers:

Heat olive oil in skillet. Saute mushrooms until tender. Add green onion and saute briefly. Remove from heat. In a bowl beat together cream cheese, parsley and lemon juice. Stir in crabmeat, contents of skillet and salt and pepper. Spread 3 tblsp of mixture on a toast round and place in a baking sheet. Continue until all mixture is used.
