Heat oven to 350. Grease/spray 9x13 baking pan or 2--12 muffin tins.Combine oats, baking powder and flour and set aside. Combine sugar, butter, vanilla, applesauce cinnamon and egg white--cream until consistent.Fold in dry ingredients so as to not break up oats.Portion into muffin tins or pour into pan and compress to press out air and make even.Bake for 20 or so minutes and let cool completely before cutting or removing from pans.
