Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, protein powder, salt, baking soda, and brown sugar. Add oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, almond extract, and egg. Mix with fork, or hands until combined. Add 1tsp water at a time if dough is too dry. Grease a 13x9 in panPress half the dough into the pan. Then, spread the filling onto the dough, leaving a 1/2in border. Press the rest of the dough onto the filling and first layer of dough. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
