1 tsp. baking soda

In a 2 cup measuring cup mix
.75 cup milk
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg white and 1 whole egg
Beat and add to mixture. Makes 12 muffins. I use paper liners. Store in a ziploc bag while still a bit hot and they will stay nice and moist.
